Delivery Information: Spend over £100 - Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1-3 Days Tracked) is FREE!

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box or a padded envelope with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

All orders that are dispatched with the value of £20 and higher are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbors. This enables a fully discreet service and customers confidentiality.

Please note, ALL orders are processed before 3pm - If you order after this time, then your order will be processed the following BUSINESS working day (Monday-Friday) If you are not at home when delivery is made, the postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you can pick up your order or how to arrange re-delivery.

If you are not in when delivery is made, your package will be held at your local post office depot for 7 days. After this time your package will be returned back to us, and further charges will apply to arrange a re-delivery.

Returns and Refunds:

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
